BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 300g Premium Beef Mince
  • 300g Lamb Mince
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Loaf Crusty Bread
  • Bottle Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Combine the beef mince, lamb mince, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl and roll the mixture into balls around the size of a 20c coin.
  2. Heat a pan with a little bit of oil and seal as evenly on possible until you have a nice caramelization.
  3. Add a bottle of Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce and half a cup of water.
  4. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Serve with slices of nice crusty bread.
