BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1kg Pork Ribs
- 3 Cups of Water or Chicken Broth
- 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
- Line an oven tray that is at least 2 inches thick with foil and place a cooling rack inside.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Pat the ribs dry then rub the dry mixture generously into the ribs.
- Pour the water (or broth for more flavour) into the tray and place the ribs onto the rack.
- Cover with foil and cook 90 minutes.
- After 90 minutes remove the foil and cook for a further 30 minutes.
- Coat the ribs with Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce and cook for a further 30 minutes, or until you can easily push a fork through the meat.
- Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes and serve. Finger licking good!
