BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1kg Pork Ribs
  • 3 Cups of Water or Chicken Broth
  • 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line an oven tray that is at least 2 inches thick with foil and place a cooling rack inside.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  4. Pat the ribs dry then rub the dry mixture generously into the ribs.
  5. Pour the water (or broth for more flavour) into the tray and place the ribs onto the rack.
  6. Cover with foil and cook 90 minutes.
  7. After 90 minutes remove the foil and cook for a further 30 minutes.
  8. Coat the ribs with Pavs Pantry Smokey BBQ Sauce and cook for a further 30 minutes, or until you can easily push a fork through the meat.
  9. Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes and serve. Finger licking good!
