Fiery Beef Burger
Ingredients
- 2 Brioche Buns
- 50g of Rocket
- 100g Roasted Red Peppers
- 300g Premium Beef Mince
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Slices American Cheddar Cheese
- Pavs Pantry Habanero Hot Sauce
Method
- Divide mince into 2 150g patties and season well with salt and pepper.
- Seal in a nice hot pan for 3-4 minutes.
- While patties are cooking slice your brioche buns in half and toast for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip over patties and add 2 slices of cheese on each patty.
- Once brioche is toasted butter lightly and top with rocket and roasted capsicum to the bottom buns.
- Once the cheese has fully melted on the patties remove from pan and add them straight onto the burgers.
- Finally, drizzle as much Pavs Pantry Habanero Hot Sauce as you like, enjoy!
