Grilled Corn with Chicken Salt Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn Cobs
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
  • 2 TSP Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Pavs Pantry Chicken Salt
  • 200g Unsalted Butter softened.

Method

  1. Steam corn in a steamer for 12 minutes
  2. Cut your large cobs in halves
  3. Cut each half cob into quarters length ways
  4. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, paprika, Pavs Pantry Chicken Salt and butter together then set aside.
  5. Preheat a pan on medium to high heat. Cast iron works best but any pan works.
  6. Grill corn on all sides until starting to brown then turn down heat to medium-low.
  7. Baste corn with butter and cook for another 5 to ten minutes rotating corn so it all gets baste.
  8. Can be served with grated pecorino cheese and jalapenos (optional)
