Grilled Corn with Chicken Salt Butter
Ingredients
- 4 Corn Cobs
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
- 2 TSP Paprika
- 1 tbsp Pavs Pantry Chicken Salt
- 200g Unsalted Butter softened.
Method
- Steam corn in a steamer for 12 minutes
- Cut your large cobs in halves
- Cut each half cob into quarters length ways
- Combine onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, paprika, Pavs Pantry Chicken Salt and butter together then set aside.
- Preheat a pan on medium to high heat. Cast iron works best but any pan works.
- Grill corn on all sides until starting to brown then turn down heat to medium-low.
- Baste corn with butter and cook for another 5 to ten minutes rotating corn so it all gets baste.
- Can be served with grated pecorino cheese and jalapenos (optional)
