Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 4 Cups Bite Sized Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Mix your flour, garlic powder, paprika and salt in a bowl.
- Combine with the buttermilk and 1/2 cup of water until you have a smooth batter, add a little more water if necessary.
- Line a tray with baking paper then coat cauliflower with batter and spread out on the tray ensuring a little space between each floret.
- Bake for about 8 minutes on each side or until crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Coat with Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
- Can be served with Greek yoghurt or ranch dressing (optional).
