Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 4 Cups Bite Sized Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix your flour, garlic powder, paprika and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine with the buttermilk and 1/2 cup of water until you have a smooth batter, add a little more water if necessary.
  4. Line a tray with baking paper then coat cauliflower with batter and spread out on the tray ensuring a little space between each floret.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes on each side or until crispy.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  7. Coat with Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce.
  8. Bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  9. Can be served with Greek yoghurt or ranch dressing (optional).
