Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground White Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Carrot Sticks (optional)
  • Celery Sticks (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) place a wire rack over a baking tray.
  2. Toss wings in vegetable oil, salt and pepper, then transfer to the wire rack.
  3. Bake wings for 45 minutes until crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  4. Once cooked, place wings in a bowl and toss liberally with Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce.
  5. Return to the wire rack and back into the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  6. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side, carrot and/or celery sticks, or even enjoy them on their own.
