Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Bottle Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce
- Ranch Dressing
- Carrot Sticks (optional)
- Celery Sticks (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) place a wire rack over a baking tray.
- Toss wings in vegetable oil, salt and pepper, then transfer to the wire rack.
- Bake wings for 45 minutes until crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Once cooked, place wings in a bowl and toss liberally with Pavs Pantry Buffalo Sauce.
- Return to the wire rack and back into the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side, carrot and/or celery sticks, or even enjoy them on their own.
